These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Enedemer (እንደመር), the random video chat service available at enedemer.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service — including by pressing START — you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to use the Service, and we will end sessions and restrict access where we believe a user is under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has used the Service, please contact us.
Enedemer randomly connects two users for a live, one-to-one video conversation. Video and audio are transmitted directly between participants (peer-to-peer) and are not recorded or stored by us. Conversations are unmoderated in real time: you may encounter other users' live camera content, and you use the Service at your own discretion. A NEXT button lets you leave any conversation instantly, and a Report button lets you flag inappropriate behavior.
You agree that you will NOT:
User safety matters to us. Users can report inappropriate behavior with the in-app Report button. Reports are logged and repeated reports result in automatic temporary restrictions. We reserve the right — but do not assume the obligation — to restrict, suspend, or permanently block access for any user who violates these Terms, without prior notice. Because conversations are live and peer-to-peer, we cannot pre-screen content; the NEXT and Report buttons are your primary tools, and we encourage you to use them.
Our Privacy Policy explains what limited data we process (we have no user accounts and we never store your video or audio) and how we use it. It forms part of these Terms.
The Service, including its name, logo, design, and software, is owned by Enedemer and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You retain any rights you hold in your own likeness and speech.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for the conduct or content of other users. You interact with strangers at your own risk — exercise the same judgment you would with any stranger.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enedemer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including the conduct of other users.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enedemer and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 7–10 survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
